The group has currently three activities. ‘D'Ieteren Auto’ is the number one car distributor in Belgium. ‘Belron’ (94.85% owned) is the worldwide leader in vehicle glass repair and replacement. ‘Moleskine’ (41% owned) is a premium and aspirational lifestyle brand which develops and sells iconic branded notebooks and writing, travel and reading accessories through a multichannel distribution strategy across 114 countries.

Project Description

D’Ieteren was in need for an intuitive, user friendly, integrated HR platform to facilitate strategic change in the organization towards HR2018.

One of the main goals was to boost the corporate image of the company, both internal and external. It was really important to have a synchronized system in order to prevent double input. Next to that there was a need for strong reporting and integration capabilities.

They choose for SuccessFactors Talent Management suite integrated with the existing SAP HCM environment.

Phased implementation approach:

•       2016: Recruitment Mgmt + Recruitment Mktg (CSB)

•       2017: Succession & Career Development + Learning

The implementation resulted in optimized HR processes with a flexible and intuitive solution that covers all soft HR processes. On top of that they noticed an increased accuracy of their data & reporting. Emeritis managed to create an overall image without double input: 1 version of the truth.
