Let’s throw it back to last week, when De Watergroep won a SAP Quality Award at SAP Forum 2017! Congratulations to De Watergroep, and all of our colleagues who worked really hard on this project. This award is a great recognition for the excellent team work between Emeritis and De Watergoep!
De Watergroep won a Silver SAP Quality Award in the Innovation Category
The reason for the nomination didn’t came as a surprise... In this project we managed to use all features, SuccessFactors has to offer and performed a double localization. Not only did we fully localize Employee Central for Belgium, but also for the Public Sector. As a result, SuccessFactors Employee Central can be used as a full master system for personnel administration.
Furthermore, we used the SuccessFactors landing page at its full potential and integrated other HR applications as well (e.g. SAP Fiori for the leave requests and Doccle to consult the online payslips).
These points were crucial in the project, as one of our objectives was that the entire workforce would be able to use the system (both blue and white collars). In order to do so, we had to design a system that was intuitive and easy to use so the less computer savvy employees would be able to use the system.
What the jury also appreciated:
- Cloud mindset: implement all required functionalities in SAP SuccessFactors
- Transformation from HR Administration to HR as a service provider
The “golden nugget” was the strong focus on Change Management to make this project a success.
Emeritis, together with De Watergroep, supported +/-400 “digistarters” (the opposite of the “digital natives”) through the transition process.
That’s where we believe we make the difference. For Emeritis the work doesn’t stop when the implementation is done. We look at the business as a whole and guide our customers through the entire Change process.
