D'Ieteren Auto’ is the number one car distributor in Belgium and employs 1700 people.
D’Ieteren was looking for an intuitive, user friendly, integrated HR platform to facilitate strategic change in the organization towards HR2018.
One of their main goals was to boost the corporate image of the company, both internal and external. In order to prevent double input, they needed to have a synchronized system. On top of that there was a need for strong reporting and integration capabilities.

Today D’Ieteren has optimized HR processes with a flexible and intuitive solution covering all soft HR processes. On top of that they noticed an increased accuracy of their data & reporting. Emeritis managed to create an overall image without double input, now there’s only 1 version of the truth!
